Living room, Dining Room, Bedrooms:  Dusting, furniture polish on wood furniture, clean all knickknacks and decorations, use glass cleaner on pictures, mirrors and table tops.  Dust fans, blinds, baseboards, light fixtures, clean light switch plates, clean the sliding glass door that leads to the backyard, vacuum and mop.

Bathrooms, Laundry Room, Utility Rooms:  We clean sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, mirrors, towel racks, toilet paper holders, baseboards, light fixtures and switch plates, take out trash, vacuum and mop.

Kitchen:  Clean counters and outside of everything on them (canisters, toaster, etc.)  Clean sink, outside of all appliances, except we do clean the inside of the microwave.  We clean blinds, fans, baseboards, outside of pantry door, take out trash, vacuum and mop.

The house cleaning includes everything except the personal things homeowners never like anyone to touch like dishes, laundry, picking up clothes, toys and shoes strewn across the floor.  Additional services like cleaning patios, garage floors (anything outside), window cleaning, and carpet and tile cleaning are available for a seperate fee.
